The Support You Deserve
MY STORY
As a mother of three, I understand the importance of having a great support system through out all nine months of pregnancy and beyond. After my oldest was born, I realized there was a major gap for caring for new mothers during and after labor. That experience is what ignited my passion for helping mothers navigate pregnancy and postpartum. One of my greatest passions is serving others, but there truly is nothing as powerful as supporting a woman through birth.
MY SERVICES
What I offer
All pregnancies are different, and that’s why I work with each client to develop a customized plan for pregnancy, birth and beyond. I believe that it is possible to have a beautiful and empowering birth, no matter the setting. I meet with my clients twice before babys due date to go over things such as a birth plan, resources, labor and delivery positions, comfort measures and more. I am always available to my clients via text or phone call if they have any questions or concerns through out pregnancy, or need additional recommendations. The two weeks surrounding babys due date, I am considered on call 24/7, and will support you from the onset of labor to two hours postpartum. My hope is that my clients feel empowered and knowledgeable with all the decisions they make before and after birth.
I offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during and after birth. I will stay the entire duration of the birth to help with labor positions, comfort measures, partner support, and more. My goal is to make sure both mom and her partner are informed through out labor and have their ideal birth. I happily support home, birth center and hospital births!

I take on a limited number of clients a month to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve. I always meet at my clients home 3-5 days following birth to provide a nourishing meal, breastfeeding support and to listen. I believe the postpartum period is just as important as pregnancy and support is absolutely vital to a new family. Additional meetings are optional.
